geez lol yea correct, interns (friends of mine) are posh people from private schools. But FT professionals also tend to not be from strong backgrounds (e.g., top IB group, top uni). Wonder why tf do they take interns when it doesn't seem to be a formal recruitment process where they seriously consider to convert people.
