Previously interviewed at Wellington but didn't make it. What would I have gotten in terms of compensation?

I previously interviewed at Wellington for one of their new healthcare private funds, which was going to be managing up to $2bn.

It seemed like a sweet gig and I was impressed by how everyone there was very positive about working there, and how Wellington is perceived by the industry as a whole.

Since then I've worked in other places, and my appreciation for the brand has grown, and I'm just wondering what could've been, mainly out of curiosity.

How much does a first-time buy side research analyst make? Note that I was coming in with some industry experience, VC experience and had finished graduate school. This was going to be supporting a well known PM.
