Real Estate Credit

Hey Guys,I am currently working as a buy-side investment analyst that mainly does debt investment (senior-loan, corporate bond) and a bit of equity. It's a well-regarded global organization, but the analyst program is only for 2 years. I am 8 months into the role and haven't even finished one deal (unfortunately that's the nature of the organization). I feel like I am wasting my time and not learning anything in my current role.Have recently received an offer for a real estate credit role in an asset management fund ($5billion+ AUM, real estate credit fund AUM is at around $750mill). Pay is around 10% higher, but I am not sure if this is the right move. What is the real estate credit market like in Australia (and around the world) in terms of exit-ops and opportunities, feel like this is can be a dead end.
