Recent Graduate Trying to Break Into AM

Worked for two summers at a small IB shop, spent this past summer working on a BSL investment desk at a strong AM firm. I did not decide to recruit for any full-time IB positions because I was focused on finding an investment role. Where do I go from here? I have been reaching out to as many people as possible without any luck (have been in verbal contact with around 50 people at credit firms) and can't seem to find an open seat. Any advice or thoughts would be appreciated. Side note: had a strong summer, but firm not looking to add a junior member to investment team.
