Relocating to Charlotte, NC! Looking for New Job

I am starting a part-time MBA at Duke this fall and will be relocating to Charlotte, NC. I know it's still pretty far, but I just couldn't see myself living in Durham.

I currently work at a top 3 Asset Management company, but since I am relocating I am looking for a new opportunity. Other than a recent visit, I haven't spent much time in Charlotte.

Does anyone know of a few asset management or hedge fund shops that have offices in Charlotte?

Also, are there any headhunters that you would recommend for that area?

I appreciate the help, thanks!

Driving from Charlotte to Durham takes over two hours without traffic, and there will be plenty of traffic. You may want to reconsider your plan because it is certifiably insane.
