Responding to Recruiter
I was contacted by a recruiter recently looking to fill a position. They're from a bigger company in AM. I'm not interested in the job the recruiter approached about (mainly because it's not the role I want). But I also want to keep good relations since I'm relatively junior and the industry within AM I'm in isn't that big, and there's not a lot of qualified people to fill positions within it. It's very possible I could be interested in a job this company has in the future.
I've seen a couple of broad threads about how to respond to recruiters, but I'm looking for feedback specifically for my scenario above. How do I politely decline but also try and keep my name in the recruiter's head for the future?
Dolores praesentium natus voluptates ducimus ut. Voluptates et dolore est voluptas. Quibusdam numquam asperiores iste qui. Ad temporibus qui mollitia quo.
