Signing Bonus
Any thoughts on minimum signing bonus at a Tier-1 direct lender for a (senior) associate position? There's no recruiter involved so keen to also hear thoughts if folks are generally willing to offer a higher welcome bonus because they don't have to pay a head hunter?
