So is it harder to find an entry role in AM?
I've read this numerous times now: its harder to break into buy-side at the entry level. I see a ton of BB and funds with recruiting programs for what seems like entry roles, whats the story behind them? Do they not make as many offers? For example is the Asset Management division harder to get into than their IB/Research division?
Say you get a job at blackstone or fidelity for asset management straight out of college....what would your title be?
