Switching FT Tracks at Vanguard
To anybody who has gone through the internship -> full-time process at any office across Vanguard, how easy is it to switch full-time tracks after completing an internship in a track you don’t want to pursue? Is it generally possible to recruit for a different track for FT, or are you expected to stay within the track you interned in?
