What is the most tax efficient alternative investment? I.e look at returns post-tax, assuming the most tax advantaged strategy over the long term.
Real estate? Private Equity? Infrastructure? Something else?
My general hunch is Real estate, bc of depreciation, 1031s, Opportunity Zones, etc, but idk.
