Currently in the interview process for a smaller group. I feel like I have done well but the process is taking a long time so I just wanted to see what the typical process timeline is from introduction to final interview to potential offer/rejection? I'm worried since I am having to wait a while I may be a backup or something, but maybe this is normal.

Same here crushed the first three interviews, recruited emailed that they’re checking to see next step, supposed to meet with MD and this has taken over a month w/ no rejection
