What do career Sr. Analysts at the large Boston-based Funds get paid?

For someone with 15-20 years experience on the sell/buyside moving to a large mutual fund company based in Boston what should they expect to be paid?

The role is Sr. Equity Analyst covering a particular sector , often referred to as career analysts not looking to be a PM.

I realize its performance based but in general curious what a) the base is and b) total comp.

Thank you
