JOB SUMMARY:

Directly assist Finance Director in achieving collective goals of ************** Capital Management, including operational responsibilities and supplementing the investment process.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1) Prepare all capital account statements for performance reporting, along with monthly transactions, estimates, and manual valuation calculations 2) Maintain updated asset allocation reports for each individual account & the consolidated portfolio, including receivables 3) Maintain report of all monthly investments & distributions, cumulative investment history, and pending commitments; use as internal control to cross-check with accounting 4) Track quarterly fund manager letters for idea generation purposes, maintain database for investment team access 5) Prepare Daily Brief 2-3x/week, highlighting important news/developments 6) Ensure effective dissemination of specific fund/portfolio information to colleagues 7) Assist with research for various topics: funds, ideas, strategies 8) Use Bloomberg to upload Earnings & Conference Call Calendar for investment team, also keep calendar of all capital calls for funds 9) Ensure analytical tools are current and operational for Finance Director (i.e. keeping portfolio info up-to-date in Bloomberg, etc) 10) Update financial models 11) Prepare wire transfer letters when capital calls are due 12) Other duties assigned

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

1) Knowledge of hedge fund and direct equity investing processes. 2) Understanding of financial markets issues. 3) Excellent organizational, management, writing and communication skills. 4) Ability to cooperate with others and be a team player.

PREFERRED TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

1) Bloomberg Professional Terminal

EDUCATION:

Undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
