Hello everyone! I notice some people upload their resume to their Linkedin Profile. I want to know how do you think of it and whether you think it a good idea to let your resume visible to the entire Linkedin community? Also in the field of AA and other buy-side role, whether networking/referral is still essential to the resume screen and getting an interview?
