Working at Endowment Fund
Hi, am considering a transition from a couple years in investment banking to a position as an analyst in a non-profit large endowment fund. Can anyone provide insight, advice, thoughts on salary, work hours, skill development and career progression, transferability of skills/exit opportunities?
