First off, congrats on the double offer!

Unhelpfully, I agree with the McK folks (I'm Bain myself), and will say you should pick the firm where you like the people the most.

The work will virtually be the same, the offices will likely both be very nice, you'll likely travel a lot either way, meaning that Friday office culture or not, you may end up staying home often on Fridays anyways (say to spend more time with your partner, or even just to be home a bit more), and the exits won't differ so much that one firm over the other would be an obvious choice.

I find people often make this decision seem harder than it is. Accept that there's no wrong decision, that no matter what you'll have some FOMO afterwards (oh what if I'd picked the other one?), and just do the best you can.

You'll be spending 50-60h a week with those people, make sure you like spending that time with them.

Not sure what the policy is now, but a few years ago, the M policy was to never speak badly about other firms or like say that one firm is worse than another
