Best Strat Consulting Firm To Work For - London v2

Whilst I do not have any offers from any consulting firms like the other poster, there arent many posts on Strat Consulting firms in London, so would love to hear peoples thoughts.

Firms: Mck, Bain, BCG, OW, oc&c, Kearny, EYP, Monitor, s&, RB, Marakon, LEK, Simon Kucher etc

Characteristics:

  • Culture

  • Career Progression (how long does it take to go from associate/analyst - senior associate/analyst - consultant)

  • Salary progression (what is salary progression like)

  • Variety of Projects (do you find projects to be quite narrow in particular industries)

  • Industry Speciality

  • WLB (how many hours do you work on average per week? do you have protected weekends/evenings)

  • split between strat/implementation projects available

  • personal experiences (the more detail the better)

thanks in advance!
