Big 4 Technology Consulting vs. Bloomberg Sales & Analytics?

Like the title says, I'm conflicted in my choice between the two roles in these two companies and would appreciate some comments from industry insiders here.

Both positions will be entry level, graduate position and located in the London office.

Here is what I consider as pros and cons for each option, although they are from my assumptions. Please correct me on any of these if I'm wrong.

My main career interests are in fintech and in buy side firms

Big 4 TC:

Pros

  • High career growth potential
  • Prestigious name on CV
  • Use of creativity to find solutions using technology for clients
  • Steeper salary increase with promotion
  • Shorter office hours (if followed)
  • Ability to work with diverse clients

Cons

  • Bad work life balance
  • Lower initial pay
  • Distance from IBD

Bloomberg:

Pros

  • Good work life balance
  • Good company culture
  • Diverse growth potential within the company
  • Expertise on the terminal and great financial knowledge
  • Better initial pay

Cons

  • Limited exit options
  • Lower salary increase curve over time
  • No creativity in work / repetitive
  • "Glorified customer service" image
  • Longer regular office hours

Would love to hear what you guys think!
