I just got a call from one of my interviewers with an offer. hoping you also hear good news!
How quickly did you hear? Also any tips for the interview especially the written case?
I heard back same day as my power day. Honestly the written case wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it was going to be. The instructions slide has all the information you need, just make sure you're a good presenter.
what was the interview format? I'm abt to submit my app
R1 was a case interview and if you pass that, you get invited to the power day which is 4 interviews back to back (1 behavioral, 2 cases, 1 written case)

If I submitted an app back in July and didn't get invited to these interviews, what are the chances I'm waitlisted for their next round?
Decent chance you're waitlisted/next round. They tend to do these interviews in batches, and they go on for a good while. For 2022 Strategy it was reposted in mid February and was up until ~late April/early May. BA interviews also went on until at least April/early May, with the application up until at least January or February. 2022 though was a massive hiring class for the overall ADP program (BA/DA/SA), with over 200 ADPs hired with either February or August start dates (total was something like 230; ~80% BA, 12% SA, 8% DA). With the economic outlook being more uncertain this year's ADP class might be smaller, so I wouldn't bank on a reposting of ADP jobs next year/listings staying up that late. I would assume that a lot of people applied in July when the listing was first put up, and a lot of higher ups take vacations end of July/August (internship programs come to an end, DC area is a terrible place to be in August, and if they have kids their schools will be starting soon) so the number of people around to conduct interviews is also more limited right now.
Any insight on what behavioral looks like for power day looks like? Should I expect basic "tell me about a time..." questions or more similar to McKinsey PEI? Did anyone have brain teasers?
For me it was more in depth questions about non-work related experiences. Felt like they want to get to know you outside of work, not hear you brag about your experiences. So prepare some stories that aren’t work related.
Any insight/historical data on what next rounds of interviews are gonna be? I didnt even get the assessment but my portal says "in progress-assesment" idek

On my interview information sheet, it has HM Case for one of the power day interviews. Anyone know what HM stands for?
For strategy or BA? On my strategy power day I didn’t have a case labeled like that
BA. I think it just means Hiring Manager
