This is for those applying straight out of college (Pre-MBA). Thanks!
McKinsey, Bain, BCG, and Deloitte all do. The rest may too but I have no information about that.
BAH will probably be less likely to given that you need clearance for a lot of their work.
Booz & Co. does
BAH makes sense. Any particular reason Mercer doesn't take F1 students? Do you have a source consultingboi?
LEK for sure does not sponsor. I had to turn down first-round interview because of that.
I got a final round with lek despite needing one
You can continue through the interview process, but they won't sponsor even if you get an offer. At target school, talked to the recruiter and numerous consultants there.
That is for US offices for Associate positions. Might be different for post-MBA and life science specialist recruiting.
From the job listing on career services:
Application Requirements
L.E.K. does not have a rigid checklist of qualities a potential Associate must possess. Rather, our recruiting experience has shown that outstanding academic achievement, comfort with quantitative analysis, significant professional experiences, notable extracurricular interests, and demonstrated leadership and initiative are excellent preparation for a position within the Associate Program at L.E.K. Consulting. L.E.K. does have a minimum GPA cut off of 3.4.
We only hire those that are legally authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis

OW hires international. I have a friend from Canada that is working for OW
What about Parthenon group and Roland Berger ? They did not sponsor at my mid tier ivy a couple of years ago.
I recommend a good website: Going Global. You can probably access its database thru your school's career service website or OIS. It's an official website that has statistics of firms that sponsored H1B last year. I usually do research about the firm's sponsorship situation there.
both KPMG and ZS Associates sponsor
