Deloitte (BTA) vs. Chevron (IT BA in Downstream)

Hello,

I am a senior graduating in May 2018 with offers from both Deloitte Consulting and Chevron, I would love some of your feedback and advice. My long term career goal is to be a CIO of a F500 firm. I am also interested in pursuing an MBA in the near future. Here is the breakdown of both offers.

Deloitte: BTA, in Technology Transformation probably doing SI work initially Location - Sacramento, CA Salary - $72K Signing Bonus - $10k Relocation - N/A Yearly Bonus - ???

Chevron: Horizons Program (5 year program starting first 18 months as an IT Business Analyst in their Downstream business area) Location - San Ramon, CA Salary - $95K Signing Bonus - N/A Relocation - $5K Yearly Bonus - 10-15%

I know Chevron is offering me more due to the COL in the bay area, also I spoke with both recruiters about the MBA program and Deloitte if course has the GSAP, Chevron recruiter mentioned company will cover up to 75% of tuition but sounds like I would need to fight for it. Aside from that I am looking at growth, I want be able to grow with the company and gave good exit opportunities once I am ready to move into a senior role at a company. Which company do you think is ideal for my goals? Anything I should be aware of before making a final decision? What would you choose and why?

Thanks for reading.
