How long does it take to hear the good/bad news after final round interviews? Firm: LEK & Putnam
Hi y'all, first-time poster. I just interviewed with LEK and Putnam Associates. I was wondering how long should I be expecting some updates from them. Has anybody heard from these 2 firms this year yet? Thank you!

How long did it take you to hear back when you applied to Putnam and how did you apply (did you email on the website?)?
I applied pretty early and it took them like 2 months to contact me for the 1st round. It'll be pretty horrible if the final round result take another 2 months though

What was the turnaround for 1st round to final round for both LEK and Putnam? I'd think it would be similar for results?

I guess I should face the fact and accept that I failed.
OK now I got both rejections, coming to provide some timelines:
For those who got offers, they generally got it in like 2-3 days.
Both rejections from LEK and Putnam came 1-week ± 1 business day after the interview by email.

I applied before their 2020 deadline of 7/26/20, and got contacted 8/12/20. So like a bit more than 2 weeks?
What was the final round look like? for the quant and strategy portions, are they the same as the first round?
