I advised the FBI NYC Office, Foreign Influence Task Force Q&A (36 months long engagement)

So I am currently coming off a 3 month garden leave and am now working on a side project relating to an African venture. Nothing glamorous just something near Uganda for the duration of summer, possibly until year-end on a part time basis. As for the post and my background ... I did a couple years as an analyst in F50 CF, then 3.5 years as an associate in the alternatives space (think real estate investing as well as fintech relating to the buy-side) then did about 6 months in ER/IR for about 6 years w/e. My plan was to throw the peace sign to grad school and strike out on my own (I worked for 6 entrepreneurs before 30) further, I am a 3.0 state school kid from the East Coast.

Back in '16 before the elections I struck out on my own as an alternative to an MBA and essentially became a lobbyist/activist before Mueller came along and helped me out tremendously. My offering is now a case study for the feds because of my CIS background.

I'sold out' here ... although this was so well planned that not even I know which side I am on / which is great.

While this might look like a number crunching project foreshadow ... I was actually a field operative (front office) - think travel domestically/internationally to conferences, spent time homeless, picked up some restraining orders and was in jail to. Not to mention the other felonies I dodged as I had no mentors telling me how this game works.

On my resume I say that I received private backing from about a dozen entities - I know how to move money from my CF days. If you do the math I made what an officer in the military or FBI employee would in a one year prep and 3 year execution timeline.

There is some grey area as to how I was compensated as I do not want to be influenced by outside capital. To put it bluntly I spent all the money on mental health as I gained 50 pounds doing this project. It was that or the G Wagon. Let me put it like this ... I went to hospitals and the bills went away (10 doctors will run you about that car). A whole Mercedes worth of them, that's what the Russians did stuffed me with a driver, me and the doctors and drove me across Russia and boom ... mental illness gone.

I was diagnosed with 3 disorders, and self-diagnosed depression because of a breakup that I found out helps my case as those who are in my line of work consider it a badge of honor.

Lucky for me ... I am now looking for a day job and trying to keep my chin up after going 0/20 during my garden leave for jobs. Right now I have two compliance gigs in the pipeline ... a $700/day contract and a $150k all-in gig in the alternatives space via a recruiter. Not getting my hopes up. I also have some other recruiter trying to get me in to a law firm doing HF activism BD. Said might look at other ops.

This is how I view myself ... as buy-in for even beginning this mission was a 1/10,000 // 1% of 1% encroachment

Fun fact: I last dated 3 years ago and watched GOT religiously to essentially be an independent adviser where your work is only useful if you know how to present it ... in my case I delegated this to the 17th precinct.
