Internal Mobility - Alvarez & Marsal

How is internal mobility / transferring between groups at A&M (i.e CPI to PEPI or PEPI to RX)? Is it difficult?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Based on the most helpful WSO content, it seems like you're curious about the process of transferring between groups at Alvarez & Marsal, specifically from CPI to PEPI or PEPI to RX. Unfortunately, the specifics of this process aren't detailed in the threads I have access to.

However, it's generally understood that internal mobility can depend on a variety of factors, including your performance, the needs of the business, and the relationships you've built within the firm. It's always a good idea to express your interests early on and build a strong network within the group you're interested in.

Remember, it's important to excel in your current role first. Demonstrating your value and commitment to the firm can only help your case when you're looking to make a move.

I hope this helps, and best of luck with your journey at A&M!
