Which offer shall I choose in terms of Career Growth/ Responsibilities/ Exit Opportunities?

The $$$ at future subsequent levels at A&M is probably better than Kearney, given the incentive structure. I'd wager, though, that Kearney is more well regarded and has the edge over A&M for exit opps. Don't think there is a wrong answer here though. 

The important thing is never to let oneself be guided by the opinion of one's contemporaries; to continue steadfastly on one's way without letting oneself be either defeated by failure or diverted by applause.
 

Currently at A&M. Very lean team from my experience, leading to more intense work and exposure to senior leadership. Downside is you’re doing all the work. Pay is heavily bonus.
