Just had final round yesterday. Has anyone heard back or know how long the turn around time is? Also, how much time do they give to accept/reject offers?

Based on the most helpful WSO content, LEK's turnaround time for final round feedback can vary, but there are examples where candidates received verbal offers within 3-6 days after their final round. For instance, one candidate had their final round on 9/3, received a missed call from an MD on 9/6, and got a verbal offer on 9/9, followed by a written offer on 9/10.
As for the time given to accept or reject offers, it typically depends on the specific situation, but firms like LEK often provide at least 1-2 weeks for candidates to make a decision. If you're unsure, it’s always a good idea to follow up with HR or your recruiter for clarity.
