Curious to hear about m-iii as well since I don’t see much out there
Great shop if you’re a grinder, Mo is a hitter. They benchmark their comp to the big 3 and win good deals. You’ll get worked hard there, but the comp will reflect that and you’ll be able to take your skillset anywhere.
Solid RX FA. While its not Big3, its one of the better t2 shops (Ankura, Province, M3, Carl Marks, Portage Point, etc)
Bf had a nightmarish experience working there—everyone was hustling their asses off to get out and onto the next thing ASAP, but on the plus side most of them succeeded in landing decent roles
I've heard (directly from a friend there) they've become INCREASINGLY sweaty this year.... So if you're willing to sign up for equal exit opps, marginally better comp, and WAY worse hours - go for it!
