Marketing & Sales Consulting - Job Scope & Exit Opps?

Hi everyone,

Does anyone have any information regarding Marketing & Sales consulting? I am aware that big firms like MBB have a Marketing & Sales practice and there are also smaller shops that specifically focus on marketing consulting (Kantar Consulting or Simon Kucher when it comes to pricing strategy)

What is the job scope for such roles and what are the exit opps? For exit opps, I am more interested in the latter (Smaller shops with a specific focus on marketing)

Thank you!!!
