Anyone who can provide any relevant information and/or experiences from the above-mentioned firm? Are they as prestigious as Big4/A&M in the restructuring field? Since my current employer does not have any presence in Australia, I will have to try to lateral to make the move.

They are the best ‘pure’ restructuring firm in Aus , alongside KordaMentha. Moelis, Rothschild, Lazard and Houlihan are better but more ‘IB’ than pure restructuring shops.

They do a lot more informal work (sexier work) than Big4.

However - they don’t pay like investment banks. Their pay is in line with accountancy firms.

You can also get stuck doing formal restructuring and bankruptcies (which sucks).

Good place to work if you’re interested in restructuring.

Thank you for your answer.

Since I do not have any insights of what I can expect in terms of compensation in Australia, what is reasonable to ask for after following years (1-3, 3-5, 5-7) of experience in a similar field?
