McKinsey Restructuring & Transformation

Hi, I recently wrapped up my third year at a turnaround/restructuring consulting firm (Alix, Alvarez, FTI). I’m happy where I am. A McKinsey recruiter reached out to me last week about interviewing for an open Associate position in their Restructuring & Transformation (McKinsey RTS) practice. Has anyone had any experience with this practice? Is it viewed negatively compared to the generalist or strategy group? Any advice on whether a lateral move like this would be worth it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
