Public Consulting
It's me again. I hope I'm not too spammy.
I think I found a link between my desire to contribute towards a better society and to go into management consulting. I realized public consulting was a think, but I didn't realize there were some lower tier public consulting companies that were more flexible on their hiring criteria. I threw my hat in the ring. I think the starting salary is about $85k based on glassdoor.
Has anyone done public consulting for social service departments in the country?

I haven't but have some good friends who do ths and did not enjoy it. If you want to help the world go work for some NGO or more explicitly purpose driven organisation tbh.

I realized that normal consulting will provide a skillset that I can use to provide my skills pro bono to local orgs.
