Best Response

Good resume overall but it kind of leaves the reader with questions. Consider adding a little bit more context to some of your points. For instance:

  • Construct valuation models using various business valuation approaches change: include some of those 'various' techniques in parenthesis (Discounted Cash Flow, Multiples, APV, etc.)
  • Developed (and Implemented?) an event evaluation system to monitor student feedback (why? Did this help you improve something?) A stronger point would be 'Increased student satisfaction by x% through the development and implementation of an event evaluation system"

Also be careful with your tenses. Look at the 1st word (verb) in each of your points (Perform, Construct, Assist, DevelopED, awardED, ManagED) I suggest that everything in your resume be past tense.

But, really solid GPA and okay leadership experience. Good overall.

Sorry for the late response, I just got back to this. I can't find your resume to confirm but I would stick with past or present tense. You have 'hopefully' already done the things in your resume so I would stick with performED, constructED, assistED.

And if they are still in process use present tense. Currently performING, constructING, or assistING in x,y,z.

  1. Get rid of the first section. A skills/capabilities section should become apparent as an interviewer reads through your resume.
  2. When you list a particular job/activity, it should read something like this: What you did, and the results of your actions. EX: "Developed business plan and pitch deck which culminated in raising over $xx,xxx from grants and winning the challenge at school
  3. Add numbers. You need to have numbers, both in terms of what you did (scope) and how it turned out. (results)
  4. Personal preference: I try to have 3 bullet points for each line item. Also, you have a lot of white space on your resume.
