Shoplifting Background Check?
Hi all, I recently got an offer to a large consulting firm but made a very stupid mistake where I walked out with some makeup in Sephora forgetting I had them in my hand because I had to urgently take a call outside. Long story short, the case got a continuance for dismissal in which I didn't plead guilty but the case won't be dismissed until a year from now. How screwed am I for getting my offer rescinded?
