Take the exit opp?

I've been working for a bit over 2 years in a big 4 "Technology Risk Advisory" practice focused on ERP compliance and implementations. I have worked across many industries, and had 7-8 very different experiences on each project ranging from redesigning processes around SAP, reorganizing an IT compliance department, and even a little bit of doing IT audits (yuk!).

When I got sick of travelling I began reaching out to big companies and banks, and ended up interviewing with a Bulge Bracket bank (I'm not a finance guy... Sorry if terminology is off) for a new position involving governance, risk, and compliance for tech. The job is not very technical and involves some cool high level work - not gruesome details. After many rounds of interviews over many months - I will be getting an offer.

My current salary is 80k plus bonus as a "1st year senior" - I'm assuming I should take the new job. The bank is very prestigious, full of smart people... and I don't find my current role intellectually challenging at all. Plus I don't want to travel.

Given all this, how much money can I expect to make in this tech ops kind of role as a bonus? the recruiters are obviously not able to say as it is discretionary... But I need a ballpark. I have asked, but they won't provide any information.
