michelle.chaow12, way too quiet in here. What about these resources:

Hope that helps.

Alright so I have some experience with Accenture, I interned at a company that was partially owned by Accenture. But I'll try to help as much as I can.

Firstly, I don't think which B-school you came from is going to matter unless they are M7. Make sure you have done/thought about some of these things:

  • Have you emailed any one you know in the firm.

  • Have you cold emailed any alumni that work for Accenture

  • Where do you want to work in Accenture (Location/Division)

  • Why do you want to work for Accenture, what is driving that goal, what does this firm bring to the table that none other does.

  • Look for open listing on their site that match the locations you want to work. (If your network or alum can't help consider finding a position you're slightly over qualified for and then work your way into a role that you desire)

  • Review Case questions, technical questions and behavioral questions so you are prepared for what they might ask (Use WSO as a tool to figure some of these out)

  • Reach out to your B-schools career center (whatever they want to call it)

If working for Accenture is a goal then be diligent and do everything it takes to get yourself a role in the company, you could even reach out to other Taiwanese nationals @ Accenture to ask about their experiences getting there.

Lastly remember when networking it isn't about what you can do for me. Its about growing a relationship and instilling trust in the person. The more the person trusts and likes you the more willing they are to stick their neck out for you.
