29 years old working in middle office at a BB, do I have any chance?
Been trying to get into an fp&a role for about 6 months.
Much more interested in forecasting budgeting and planning than traditional accounting.
I'm 29 and feeling pigeonholed. Hiring managers think I'm too old for FA roles but too inexperienced for SFA roles.
I'd like to avoid going back to school until I get my foot in the door if possible.
Please help?!
Best bet get a master in finance or MBA. FP&A isn't that much better than accounting though honestly
Why that decision to do so?
