Does closing two transactions in a Corp. Dev Rotation Help With External Recruiting?
Found out I’ll be a part of a corporate development rotation in my FLDP. I’ll have the chance to close two M&A transactions during my tenure in the 6-month rotation. Would this be a solid amount of experience to leverage an external corp dev or strategic finance role outside of my current company? Ideally the more experience the better but would working on these transactions in a short time frame help with recruiting for these roles?

Is there an opportunity to stay in the CD group after the rotation concludes?
I would say your experience could be helpful recruiting for Analyst or even Senior Analyst roles especially with good experience on those two transactions in terms of your responsibilities.
