Why do Microsoft contract the majority of their corporate functions?
Undergrad UK FP&A intern here.Starting to think about Grad programs / FLDP's and one I'd be really eager to go for would be Microsoft's FRP but from my experience of applying to internships in my penultimate year, Microsoft seem to have zero opportunities for grads outside of their technology roles.
Why is this the case? And what would be the best path secure a finance or FRP at Microsoft in the UK/US/IRE?
