Does anyone have any insights on TKO special ops fund? Fund 3 just closed at 1.2bn (double the size of fund 2) so they must be doing something right...
Keen to know exactly what strategies they're pursuing if anyone is familiar with the team?
I hear they're supposed to have a good culture with a nice team. I understand they work on both corporate credit situations both public and private as well asset backed lending (typically real estate). They use the broad network of the firm i.e. Public and private credit as well as real estate teams to source deals as well as their own sourcing channels.
