Apollo Corporate Credit

Does each Apollo Corporate Credit IP work across all strategies? Or are teams siloed? For example, it looks like every IP has a sector coverage.. so if I cover Healthcare, do I underwrite/manage everything across public HY/LL, private DL, "opportunistic", pref equity, etc.? It seems like that is what the corporate credit IPs do but please let me know if I am now understanding correctly. Additionally, does anyone have color on comp, culture/hours, and anything else that could be helpful? Also who is their recruiter (or do they do it in house?)? Thank you!

So they do performing, opportunistic, and distressed? Does any other shop offer something as flexible as that?
