Does anyone have any insight on the recruitment process and how many rounds there are? I can't find any of their people on LinkedIn since everybody just has the title "Associate" and doesn't specify which group they are, since even the NYC office is split between Private Capital, Private Credit, Real Estate Equity/Credit (which makes it even more confusing).
Also, does anyone know which fund is ran by their Credit Opportunities team? I found a couple of old funds online from pre-merger, but not sure if those are the right ones.
