Buyside FT Recruiting Out of UG

Hi All,

If anyone here has gone through full-time recruiting for credit roles out of undergrad, I’d really appreciate hearing about your experience. I'm not super sure how to go about navigating full time recruiting (spent some time looking around online but I couldn't find too many sources, many focused on lateraling after full time experience rather than right out of undergrad)

Also, is there a particular time to start networking? Should I be reaching out now, or wait until June/July, considering that interviews and postings typically go up around August (as far as I know)?

Appreciate all the help!
