Direct Lending Deal Exposure
Just wondering (i) how many total deals people on here work on per year; (ii) how many go to completion and (iii) whether directors only place you on deals that have a chance to go to IC.
Mine as follows:
(i) 30-40 p.a.
(ii) 10%
(iii) Mostly focus on deals we would want to progress. Most deals that are straight no's are declined by the directors before getting others involved
