Anyone have color on firms they know have a clearer career path for juniors? I know a lot of firms are associate and out, with very few VP spots (basically none until someone quits). I'm trying to find a seat where an assoc/sr associate who performs well can have the expectation of a VP role/upward mobility (hopefully this exists...).
