How easy is it to move upstream in PC?
Starting off as an analyst at an LMM/MM direct lender and ended up forgoing a return at an MM bank. How easy is it to move upstream toward a large MM or UMM firm? I assume it'll be harder and require more outreach on my part, but for those who have done it, what was the process like?
