Liquid credit / CLO shops with quieter office environments?
Currently working at a large CLO manager and our office is set up in a trading floor style with analysts, PMs, and traders all at desks next to each other. I like the work but hate how loud the office is and find it hard to focus.
Anyone know of liquid credit shops/CLO managers with more traditional cubicle style bullpens or just generally a quieter work environment? My sense is that most places set up as a trading floor but wondering if there are exceptions
