On the topic of Ares Credit Secondaries, would you renege a BB Corporate Banking (sits with IB) SA, for Credit Secondaries SA at Ares assuming goal immediately after Direct Lending? For context, I’m a student at a target, so would I be fine either way?
Yes. Corporate banking doesn’t matter where you sit is a no esp vs Ares.
Yes as in I should renege? Also, any idea on hours/comp? I wouldn’t be interested in working long hours even it meant higher comp, my goal is MM Private Credit/something more chill.
