MF Analyst Off Cycle Comp Question

I interviewed a few weeks ago for a MF credit analyst role. Have a little over two years of experience but would still have to come in as an analyst. Out of curiosity, if I were to get this role, should I expect a signing bonus? Or do candidates only immediately out of undergrad receiving signing bonuses (i.e. not lateral analysts). Also, what should I expect in terms of bonus and in terms of base progression as I move up to ASO VP etc.? Just trying to get a feel for it if anyone has data points, thank you
