Pemberton Private Credit - Thoughts?

Hi all,

I’ve come across Pemberton as a fast growing private credit manager - they split their investment team into PM, origination and credit. Does anyone have any experience under this construct as normally it seems most private credit fund roles do all of this at the assoc/VP level. Welcome any broader thoughts on the fund vs Ares/Apollo/Permira/CVC etc on comp at assoc and VP level/culture/deal flow.

Thank you in advance
