Looking for recent benchmarks on Analyst comp in Private Credit in Paris.
Would appreciate any insight, base, bonus, anything.

Bump, actually working in the sector and know that tikehau might pay below street. Read in the forum that they paid good but a friend working there was complaining a bit.... Would like to know how it is in competitors like Five Arrows, Eurazeo, etc.
This is what you can expect for French PC firms:
Small/lower mid (Capza, Cerea, Kartesia, Eiffel, etc): Analyst 50-60 base + max 50% bonus + 15-30 "participation". Associate 65-75 base, same bonus structure.
Mid/upper mid (Eurazeo, Tikehau, R&Co): 60-70 base, same for bonus & participation. Associate 75-80 base, same bonus structure.
I think Tikehau generaly pays lower than the other upper mids and Ardian is above all those mentioned.
